Planned Itineraries, Blessed Detours

Have you ever planned a trip and had it take off in a completely different direction?

Sometimes it is those unexpected moments and experiences that are the most memorable. We invite you to share memories of a trip, not an itinerary list, but a specific memory and story - funny - horrendous - amazing - something that maybe shifted your perspective.  A trip need not be to an exotic locale. We've already heard one story about an ambulance trip to the hosptial! There are all kinds of trips to all kinds of places, near and far. On Sunday, September 20 we want to hear about them.

How can you tell your story? Let us count the ways.  Photos. Costumes. Artifacts, Power Point. Food! Just as we did last year with our successful and moving Love Stories event, this is scheduled for right after church. We'll provide some light refreshments, but feel free to bring a taste of your trip.  Call Pat Leuchtman if you have questions, or talk to anyone in the Pastoral Care Ministry, Lois Buchaine.
