Ministry of Christian Education

This Ministry is composed of people called forth from the congregation and set apart to their tasks by the Holy Spirit and by their own devotion to the work of this church.

This ministry shall have under its care the religious education and spiritual growth of the congregation.  Spiritual growth is a life-long process.  With this understanding, this ministry shall look for, create, and support settings for learning for all ages.  Believing that the Holy Spirit continues to work in and through us for our growth into a fuller understanding of God’s will, this ministry shall work to find ways to nurture this growth.

This Ministry shall have under its’ care the responsibility for adequate funds for religious education and shall make a recommendation for the budget relative to their area of responsibility for inclusion if the Federated Church budget.

Teachers in the Sunday school and the Nursery shall be members of this Ministry.
